How long for a screening? - ProprioEnquête

There are several scenarios regarding the processing time of a pre-leasing screening, depending on the type of screening you have selected.

You will find the timeframes below:

– Basic: Instant response after your payment;

– Plumitive: Response within 48 hours (business days) after confirmation of identity;

– In-depth and complete: Maximum of 72 hours (business days) after confirmation of identity.

Indeed, plumitive information, such as a criminal record, can generally take up to 48 hours to be returned.

As for employment confirmation and rental references, it all depends on how quickly we are able to reach the landlords or employers. If we manage to contact them on the first day of the screening, the information will be completed within the day. If not, our policy is to make three attempts (within three business days).

That being said, if you go back and look at the online screenings on ProprioEnquête before the final report is sent to you, you will be able to see the different steps that have been completed.

Once the screening is completed, you will receive an email with a link to view your report.
